It is located in Niimi, a city in Okayama that is well known throughout the country for its land rich with fruits. Thanks to a great difference in temperature during the day and night, winds blowing over the land, and warm sunlight spreading its rays, this environment is perfect for growing delicious fruits.
At Ohara Kanko Orchard, they cultivate pears, peaches, and apples – peaches from the beginning of July until the middle of August, pears from the beginning of September until the middle of October, and apples from the middle of September until the late November. But, perhaps this orchard’s greatest feature for the customers is the opportunity to enjoy in the delicious fruits unlimited! Yes, an all-you-can-eat venture for limitless time, and the fee for peach-picking is 1500 yen for adults, 1000 yen for elementary school students, and 800 yen for preschool-aged children (free for infants).
