|Farm Name||Wakatake no Mori - Wakayama Farm|
|Farm Information||This farm is located in Utsunomiya, a region in the north of the Kanto Plain with the Nikko mountains in the background. The farm owns about 24 ha of land. Run by the same family for three generations, Wakayama Farm believes that "good agriculture means good land." The farm has been producing bamboo, bamboo shoots, chestnuts, and blueberries. To ensure the production of delicious bamboo shoots, the bamboo grove undergoes thinning in the winter, so that the soil is kept soft. As a result, the bamboo shoots are soft and tasty. The chestnuts are grown through natural methods and have a full-bodied, standard taste. The blueberries are grown in a soil sprinkled with bamboo chips, which makes them very flavorful.
